Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with YumYummy. This Refund Policy explains when and how you may request a refund for your subscription.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This guarantee applies to:
- Monthly subscription plans — within 14 days of the first payment;
- Annual subscription plans — within 14 days of the first payment.
To qualify for the money-back guarantee, your request must be received within 14 calendar days of the original payment date. After this period, refunds are granted only at our discretion in exceptional circumstances (see Section 3).
2. How to Request a Refund
You have two ways to request a refund:
Option A — via Paddle (recommended)
Paddle manages all billing on our behalf. You can request a refund directly through:
- The order receipt email you received from Paddle after purchase — click the support link in that email; or
- Paddle's buyer support at paddle.com/help.
Option B — via YumYummy support
Contact us directly and we will process the refund request with Paddle on your behalf:

When contacting us, please include your Telegram username and the email address used at checkout to help us locate your order quickly.
3. Refunds for Renewals & Exceptional Circumstances
Subscription renewal payments are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis if:
- The Service experienced prolonged downtime or a critical technical failure that prevented you from using it during the billing period;
- A duplicate charge was made in error;
- You were charged after a cancellation that was not processed correctly due to a technical error on our part.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank. We are happy to resolve issues quickly and cooperatively. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
4. Cancellation vs. Refund
Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period. If you wish to receive a refund for an amount already paid, you must submit a refund request as described above.
After cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing period.
5. Subscription Cancellation Instructions
To cancel your subscription without requesting a refund:
- Follow the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt email; or
- Contact us at nikikurb@gmail.com and we will cancel it for you.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. The updated policy applies to purchases made after the new effective date; purchases made before that date remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
